This large church cross stitch is the biggest pattern we have ever created – a long term project for dedicated stitchers.

If you want to create a really stunning piece of needlework then our Large Church cross stitch pattern is for you.

The finished design of the Large Church cross stitch pattern is 6.6 x 7.6ins and there are 26 colors for the design which has been created on 16 count Aida.

Our Large Church cross stitch pattern shows a typically British or English parish church with stained glass windows in the brown brick facade and a welcoming door with a little brick path leading up to it. As you look at it, you can imagine the number of weddings that have taken place in our church which is the centre of the community.

There are roses in the churchyard and the green grass has been neatly cut with flowers blooming in beds along the front of the building.

At the side of the church is a lovely willow tress with shades of brown and green and there are fluffy white clouds scudding across the blue sky.

Our Large Church cross stitch pattern looks more complicated than it is and it should be a lovely project for someone with a moderate amount of stitching experience.

If you wanted to save time, you could use a pale blue 16 count Aida which would mean you could save time on the sky by just stitching the clouds.

You get detailed charts for our Large Church cross stitch pattern

When you order our Large Church cross stitch pattern you’ll be able to download a detailed color block and black and white charts so that you can see which colors go where. The detail is really brought to life by a single thread of black which outlines the detail in the picture.

It would be an ideal gift if you have a friend or loved one who is getting married in church and you want to give them something special to remember the day.
