Everyone likes Halloween when the spooky creatures come out to frighten people – all in good fun of course, and our Haunted Doorway 2016 Cross Stitch pattern is a great addition to our terrifying collection!
We’ve had a wonderful reaction to our Halloween collection and we hope you’ll enjoy stitching the Haunted Doorway 2016 Cross Stitch pattern as much as you’ve enjoyed some of our other designs.
As usual, our young designer has gone for a high level of detail in this design, which is made on 16 count white Aida. It has 11 colors and the finished picture measures 50 x 70 stitches.
You’d think that the solid wooden door would keep ghosts and ghoulies out but it looks as though some fearsome bats and crazy spiders have got there first and decided to move in. Alternatively, they might just be waiting to jump on anyone who rings the doorbell, giving them a nasty surprise.
If you want to make a more dramatic work of art, you could make the Haunted Doorway 2016 Cross Stitch pattern on black Aida. You could then use it as part of a Halloween-themed party.
Our other spooky designs include the Halloween Devil Cross Stitch pattern, featuring a red devil who is trying to be fearsome, although he looks quite friendly to us! Then there’s the Halloween Pumpkin Cross Stitch design and the spectacular Haunted House, a work of art in its own right. If you stitch the Haunted House you could frame it and bring it out year after year, it really is that impressive.
We hope you enjoy making the Haunted Doorway 2016 Cross Stitch pattern
For party invitations, some of our spider designs are small enough to make quickly so take a look at those too.
We hope you enjoy making the Haunted Doorway 2016 Cross Stitch pattern as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it. Happy Halloween everyone!
